• As shipping costs are not retrievable, nakedart.com is unable to refund shipping or return shipping costs.

Our refund policy on digital paintings

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after a digital painting is shipped. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described.

Prints are packed together with the high resolution digital file on USB flash drive in strong tubes. Digital paintings are non-returnable. What you will receive is the same as you see on the website, but at high resolution, together with a quality print signed by the artist.

Returns and exchanges

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Please include your receipt. Insure work for the full value with "tracking". Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.
