Whilst we are sure that you will be extremely happy
with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, then you are entitled
to return the item to us for a refund.
For all purchases made
through the web site or off-premises, you are entitled to return the
item(s) for a period of up to 14 days following receipt by you or a
third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you.
Please contact us by telephone or email to confirm that you are returning the item(s) and the reason for doing so.
Upon
receipt of the item(s) we will refund the purchase price, less any
credit card, postage & packing and insurance fees. The item(s) must
be received in the condition that it was sent for you to be entitled to a
refund.
You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the
item(s) and insurance of the item(s). If the item(s) are too large to
return by post or courier, then we would ask you to use the same
shippers that were used to send you the item(s) to you at your cost
together with insurance of the item(s).
The cost of this will be similar to the cost of shipping the item to you and a confirmed costing can be provided on request.
We
must receive the item(s) before we can offer a refund and proof of
posting does not confirm receipt by us. If we do not receive the item(s)
then we cannot offer a refund.
We will make the reimbursement
without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive the
item(s) back from you, by your original payment method.
